摘 要:采用改性沸石处理高岭土洗选废水。研究表明:对于200ml洗选废水,当改性沸石用量为5g、振荡反应20min后,改性沸石对洗选废水中CODCr的最大去除率可达94%,出水值达到国家一级排放标准;吸附脱色率达到79%,出水值可达国家二级排放标准;对铁的最佳去除率超过70%。改性沸石对CODCr的去除,主要依靠其极化表面与有机分子的极性官能团发生的强吸附反应;而对色度的去除,为其对铁和CODCr去除作用的综合结果。改性沸石对有机质的吸附选择性,要大于铁。The treatment of wastewater from kaolin beneficiation with surfactant-modified zeolite was experimentally investigated. The results showed that the removal ratios of CODCr are up to 94% and can meet grade one of National Integrated Discharge Standard. The decolouring ratios reach to 79%, so that the treated water can meet the grade two of National Integrated Discharge Standard. Moreover, the modified zeolite also showed good results for iron removal from wastewater. The removal of CODCr by modified zeolite attribute to the strong absorption of the polar group of organic molecules on the polar surface of modified zeolite, but decolouring attribute to the combined effects of both removal of CODCr and iron. The modified zeolite absorbs selectively organic matter prior to iron.
