摘  要:研究了累托石与十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵(1227)有机改性后去除铜冶炼工业废水中重金属的条件。结果表明,在未调节铜冶炼工业废水pH值、有机改性累托石用量为0.05g/mL、作用时间为40min、温度为25℃的条件下,Cu2+、Pb2+、Zn2+的去除率分别为98.47%、96.83%、91.84%,处理后的水符合国家污水综合排放标准(GB8978-1996)一级标准。有机改性累托石去除Cu2+、Pb2+、Zn2+的效果,比累托石、粉煤灰要好;对Zn2+、Cu2+有很好的吸附选择性。The adsorption of rectorite modified by dodecyl benyl dimethyl ammonium chloride(1227) for heavy metal ions from copper smelter industry wastewater has been studied. The experimental results showed that under the conditions without adjusting the pH, with the amount of organic modified rectorite of 0.05g/mL, the reaction time of 40 minutes, and the temperature of 25℃, the removing efficiency of modified rectorite for Cu^2+, Pb^2+and Zn^2+ from copper smelter industry wastewater is 98.47%, 96.83% and 91.84%,and the quality indexes of the wastewater after treatment conform with the first level of integrated wastewater discharge standard (GB8978-1996). The removing efficiency of organic modified rectorite for Cu^2+, Pb^2+and Zn^2+ is better than unmodified rectorite or fly ash. Furthermore, it is found that the organic modified rectorite has a strong affinity for adsorption of Zn^2+ and Cu^2+.
