经耻骨上尿道中段悬吊术治疗女性压力性尿失禁(附18例报告)

摘　　要：目的探讨经耻骨上尿道中段悬吊带（SPARC）治疗女性压力性尿失禁的疗效。方法腰麻或局麻下对18例女性压力性尿失禁患者施行经耻骨上尿道中段悬吊带手术治疗。结果平均手术时间45 min（30-60 min）,平均住院4 d（3-5 d）。术后留置导尿管24-72 h。18例患者术后尿失禁症状均消失,无明显并发症。结论SPARC尿道悬吊带治疗女性压力性尿失禁疗效确切,操作简便,对患者损伤小,并发症少,是一种治疗女性压力性尿失禁的有效方法。Objective To investigate the outcome of suprapubic urethral suspension of SPARC sling system in treating female stress urinary incontinence. Methods A total of 18 patients were treated by SPARC sling method under lumbar anesthesia or local anesthesia. Results The mean operation time was 45 min（30-6 min） ,the mean catheterization time was 24 hours and mean hospitalization time was 2 days（1-3days）. No obvious bleeding was observed during the operations. All patients were cured and the clinical symptoms disappeared after operation. Conclusion SPARC sling system is a simple,reliable mini-invasive procedure with low incidence of complications. It can be used routinely for treating female stress urinary incontinence.
