摘  要:本文总结三峡电站左岸11#机转子热套经验,对12#机转子热套工艺进行改进,使热套加热升温时间由原来60h降为40h,热套后转子磁轭圆度等主要技术指标达到优良标准。This paper describes the rotor rim shrinkage experience of unit 11# rotor in Three-gorge left plant and on the basis make an improvement for assembling the unit 12# rotor. This improvement make the time, which is spent increasing temperature during shrink fit rotor, changed from 60 hours to 40 hours, further more the roundness and other main technology parameters of rotor rim have meet a high grade of relative standard after adopting the improved procedure.
