摘　　要：本文从社会学的观点来分析权力,用社会交换理论来阐述知识获取权力的原理,并从古今中外的理论和实践来证明知识就是“权力”。This paper mainly analyzes power from sociological viewpoint, explains the principle of knowledge obtaining power in Social Exchange Theory terms. It is proved that knowledge is ＂power＂ from theory and practice, both ancient and modern,Chinese and foreign.
