摘  要:本文报道α-细辛脑的人体生物利用度。12名健康受试者单剂量用药后,HPLC法测定血药浓度,结果片剂和胶囊剂的绝对生物利用度仅5.56%和2.73%,有必要改进生产工艺和处方组成。his paper reported the bioavailability of synthetic asarone (the trans form of 2,4,5 trimethoxy 1 propenyl benzene) in healthy volunteers.After a single intravenous dose of 16mg and oral dose of 120mg,the serum concentration of asarone was determined by HPLC in 12 healthy volunteers.The absolute bioavailability of synthetic asarone tablets and capsules were both very low, 5.56% and 2.73% respectively.It is possible that the poor absolute bioavailability of synthetic asarone be caused by its poor dissolution in water.The results showed that the mean serum concentration time curve following oral and intravenous administration were two and three compartment model respectively.
