摘  要:采用改性剂月桂酸钠对自制的纳米CeO2进行表面改性,逐一考察了表面改性工艺的各个影响因素,得到各因素的取值范围,通过正交优化实验确定纳米CeO2表面改性的优化工艺:改性剂质量浓度为2.1 g/L、改性温度为45℃、改性pH值为6和改性时间为18 min。改性后的纳米CeO2的亲油化度达到0.48,能较好地分散于乙醇中。The sodium laurate was used to modificate the nanometer CeO2 which was prepared in this work. At first all the effect factors were investigated respectively and each optimum range of factors was obtained. Because of cross action between the four factors, the orthogonal tests were done in order to obtain the optimum condition of modification. The modifier concentration was 2. 1 g/L,the modification temperature was 45℃,the modification pH was 6 and modification time was 18 rain. The lipophilicity of the nanometer CeO2 which was modified under optimum condition was 0.48. The powders were well dispersed in alcohol.
