摘  要:通过控制加入芳烃油、相容剂,采用乳液插层法制得了2种不同亚微观结构的SBR/有机蒙脱土(OMMT)纳米复合材料。透射电镜显示制得了插层型和半剥离型纳米复合材料。实验结果表明:炭黑N330的加入,降低了复合材料的延迟硫化现象,改善了复合材料的加工性能;SBR/OMMT/N330纳米复合材料具有优异的力学性能,其耐磨性能下降。By control of adding aromatic oil or compatilizer, SBR/OMMT nanocomposites with two types of microstructure were obtained by emulsion intercalation method. It was found by the observation of TEM that the nanocomposites with intercalation and semi-exfoliation structures were prepared. The mechanical properties of composites were studied. The result showed that the addition of carbon black N330 decreased the delay-vulcanizing effect and improved the processing properties. It also showed SBR/OMMT/N330 nanocomposites exhibited excellent mechanical properties, but abrasion resistance decreased.
