含顺丁烯二酸钾基的顺丁橡胶离聚体的合成、表征与性质

摘　　要：用环氧化顺丁橡胶在甲苯中与顺丁烯二酸氢钾水溶液以N,N-二甲基苯胺和四乙基溴化铵为催化剂进行反应,合成了含顺丁烯二酸钾基的顺丁橡胶离聚体,研究了其开环反应条件。结果表明:开环率可以达到34.2%;该离聚体具有一定的乳化性、吸水性、耐油性;其稀溶液粘度随离子含量的增加而增大;其作为增容剂能增加SBS和氯醇橡胶的相容性。Potassium maleated cis-1,4-polybutadiene ionomer was prepared by the ring opening reaction of epoxidized cis-1,4-polybutadiene in toluene with aqueous maleic acid monopotassium salt, using N, N-dimethyl aniline and tetraethylammonium bromide as catalysts. The purified ionomer was characterized by FTIR. The ring opening conditions were studied. The result showed that the epoxy conversion can reach to 34.2 %. The ionomer exhibit certain emulsifying property and water absorbency. The oil resistance is not so good. The viscosity of its dilute solution increases with the increase of ionic group content. The ionomer can be used as the compatibilizer in the blending of SBS and chlorohydrin rubber.
