摘 要:目的探讨用全自动密闭洗涤系统对血型改造的红细胞(改型红细胞)进行洗涤,以延长改型红细胞的保存期并提高其制品质量的可行性。方法用美国血液技术公司生产的Haemonetics全自动血细胞洗涤系统洗涤改型红细胞,考察洗涤后和保存不同时间细胞膜的结构和功能。检测项目包括溶血指标、K+、Na+、乙酰胆碱酯酶、胆固醇、ATP、红细胞的回收率和细菌培养等。结果与常规洗涤法相比,全自动密闭洗涤法在红细胞的回收率、细菌培养结果和红细胞的长期保存指标上有明显的优势(P<0.05)。结论全自动快速密闭洗涤法用于改型红细胞洗涤比常规洗涤法更安全、快速、有效,并可延长改型后的红细胞保存期。Objective To investigate the effects on conservation of washed erythroeytes by the automatic cell washing system in conversion of blood type. Methods After converting erythroeytes from B into O type, the "universal donor blood" was washed by the cell washing system (Haemoneties Company,USA) , and routine washing method was performed parallelly to compare the results. At the end of washing and tile different intervals of blood storage, the parameters of hemolysis, K^+ , Na^+ , AchE, cholesterol, ATP, recovery rate of red blood cells and number of bacteria were determined. Results Compared with the routine washing method ,the cell washing system exhibited significantly superior in recovery rate,long-term storage of red blood cells and results of bacteria culture (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The automatic airtight cell washing system is better than the routine method in washing the converting erythroeytes. It is safe, rapid, effective and is able to prolong the storage period of converting erythroeytes.
