摘　　要：目的 观察自体骨髓单个核细胞（ABMMNCs）经冠状动脉（冠脉）移植对伴有异常Q波的扩张型心肌病（DCM）患者心功能的影响。方法 选择8例体表心电图伴有异常Q波的原发性扩张型心肌病患者，在常规抗心衰药物治疗的同时，进行冠脉造影并进行ABMMNCs移植；术前和术后3个月和6个月分别行体表心电图及超声心动图检查。结果 术后3个月和6个月，8例患者心电图检查仍存在异常Q波，与术前无异。左心室射血分数（LVEF）、左心室舒张末期内径（LVDd）、左心室收缩末期内径（LVSd）虽然较术前有所改善，但差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论 经冠状动脉进行移植ABMMNCs，不能改善伴有Q波的扩张型心肌病患者的心脏功能。Objective To evaluate the effect of intracoronary autologous bone marrow mononuclear cells （ABMMNCs） transplantation on cardiac function of dilated cardiomyopathy （DCM） accompanied by abnormal Q wave. Methods 8 patients with DCM compared with abnormal Q wave were transplanted with ABMMNCs through coronary artery additional to percutaneous coronary intervention （PCI） and standard drug therapy. Before and 3 and 6 months after transplantation, electrocardiogram and echocardiography were performed. Results 3 and 6 month after transplantation, abnormal Q wave still existed. The patients＇ improvement in left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF）, left ventricular diastolic diameter （LVDd） and left ventricular systolic diameter（LVSd） was observed, but there was no significant difference （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Intracoronary transplantation of ABMMNCs may not improve the heart function of DCM accompanied by abnormal Q wave.
