摘 要:研究海藻酸钡-多聚赖氨酸-海藻酸(BPA)微囊在大鼠体内的生物相容性。用静电微囊发生仪制备BPA微囊,将4mL空微囊分别注射于20只Sprague-Dawley大鼠腹腔内,于1、2、4、8周各取5只大鼠,处死后用生理盐水灌洗腹腔,收集灌洗液,待微囊全部沉淀后,计算其中空微囊数并观察微囊的形态改变。结果表明:移植后1、2、4、8周从大鼠腹腔内取出的微囊95%~98%为完整、圆形、表面光滑、无明显的结缔组织包绕。说明我们所制作的BPA微囊具有较好的生物相容性。To study the biocompatibility of Ba-alginate-poly-L-lysine-alginate(BPA) microcapsules. The BPA microcapsules were made by the static generator and then 4mL microcapsules were injected intraperitoneally to each one of 20 Sprague-Dawley rats. Five rats were killed at 1. 2.4 and 8 weeks respectively and their peritoneal cavities were washed out with saline, the quantity of hollow microcapsules were counted and whether the shape of the microcapsules was changed or not in the washed-out solution was observed. Results showed that the BPA microcapsules were retrieved from peritoneal cavity of rat at 1.2.4 and 8 weeks after transplantation and 95%- 98% of which were of integrity, rottmdity, smooth surface without obviously bundled by connective tissue. It proves that the BPA microcapsules has ideal biocompatibility.
