痰热清注射液治疗肺炎(痰热阻肺证)1050例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察痰热清注射液治疗肺炎(痰热阻肺证)的临床疗效。方法1050例肺炎病例(其中小儿肺炎219例,成人肺炎831例)应用痰热清注射液静脉滴注,7～10d为1疗程。结果痰热清注射液治疗不同年龄段肺炎患者总有效率均超过80%,治疗后症状有明显改善;不同年龄或不同病情治疗时是否使用抗生素及使用的溶剂类型对治疗效果无直接影响。本品对血、尿、粪常规,肝、肾功能及心电图均无明显影响,静脉给药后未见明显毒副作用。结论痰热清注射液治疗肺炎(痰热阻肺证)各年龄段具有较好疗效,且无明显毒副作用,值得临床进一步推广。Objective： To observe the effect of Tanreqing injection on treating pneumonia patients with the type of phlegm thermal resistance lung. Methods： This was an open, one - treatment study of investigating 1050 pneumonia patients（child： 219, adult： 831） . Results： The curative effect of Tanreqing injection reached to 80% whether in children or in adults, and the symptoms were improved obviously, using antibiotic or not was the same to treat this disease whether in different ages or in different states. The type of solvent could not affect effect. This medicine did not make the patient＇ s blood routine, urine routine, feces routine, liver function, kidney function, electrocardiogra changed by meanings. The toxicity and side effects of injection the medicine could not be found out. Conclusion： Tanreqing injection could treat pneumonia patients with the type of phlegm thermal resistance lung safely and effectively, it could be popularized.
