活血益肾法对冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者P-选择素的影响

摘　　要：目的观察中药活血益肾法对冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者P-选择素浓度的影响。方法将61例患者随机分为常规治疗组30例与活血益肾组31例,均予西医常规治疗,活血益肾组加服冠脉通瘀汤,两组均治疗4周;同期另设正常对照组25例,无任何治疗。测定61例患者治疗前后及25例正常对照者血清P-选择素的浓度。结果冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者血清P-选择素浓度显著高于正常组,治疗后常规治疗组和活血益肾组P-选择素浓度均显著下降,而活血益肾组的血清P-选择素下降水平优于常规治疗组。结论活血益肾法能显著降低患者血清P-选择素的浓度,从而优化西药常规抗血小板治疗作用,对冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的治疗及改善其预后大有裨益。Objective： To observe the concentration of P - selectin in UA of CHD patients Reared by Huoxue Yishen. Methods： 61 UA patients were randomly assigned to treatment group of 30 patients and HuoxueYishen group of 31 patients. Patients in HuoxweYishen group were treated by routine drugs of treatment group, combined with GuanmaiTongyu soul. Both groups were treated by 4 weeks. At the same time, it selected 25 normal persons without any treatments as control group. Then the concentration of P - selection in 61 patients, before and after treatments, and in 25 normal persons was measured. Results： the concentration of P - selectin in the blood serum in UA patients is obviously higher than normal persons. After treatment, the concentration of P - selectin in both treatment group and HuoxueYishen group was declined, But the degressive extant of P- selectin in HuoxueYishen group is larger than treatment group. Conclusions： HuoxueYishen can effectively decline the concentration of P - selectin in the blood serum in UA patients. So it can optimize the effect of anti - piatelet of routine drugs. It is benefit to the treatment and prognosis of coronary heart disease.
