冠状动脉旁路移植47例围术期护理体会

摘　　要：目的：探讨冠状动脉旁路移植患者围术期的护理方法。方法：对47例冠心病患者实施冠状动脉旁路移植术，术后采用持续动脉血压监测、控制性降压、血管活性药物的应用、加强呼吸系统管理、血气检测、心电监护及维持麻醉深度、营养支持等护理措施，并制定康复计划，做好出院指导。结果：47例患者术后除1例发生肾功能衰竭，经治疗无效死亡外，余患者经采取相应护理措施后均痊愈出院。随访1～17个月均取得满意效果，恢复日常生活工作。结论：冠状动脉旁路移植术经术前周密准备、术后严密监护及护理，可预防术后移植的冠状动脉再栓塞、肝肾功能衰竭、出血等并发症的发生，有利于患者康复。Objective： To explore the nursing methods for patients with CABG in perioperative period. Methods： CABG was performed for 47 patients who suffered from coronary heart diseases, nursing measures were applied postoperatively, such as continuous monitoring of arterial blood pressure, depressing blood pressure by control, using vasoactive drugs, management of respiratory system, analysis of blood gas, ECG monitoring and maintaining depth of anesthesia and making rehabilitation plan. Results ： All the patients were cured and discharged from hospital except that one patient died of renal failure. Therapeutic outcome was satisfactory by following up for one to 17 months. Conclusion： Full preoperative preparation and postoperative meticulous nursing care can effectively prevent patients from the complications of re - embolism of coronary arteries, failure of liver and kidney and hemorrhage.
