国内外汽车制动系统用球墨铸铁件在材质验收上的差异分析

摘　　要：对于汽车用铸态制动类球墨铸铁QT450-10铸件,在保证力学性能符合要求的前提下,国内外汽车铸造厂商对铸件组织和成分的验收存在明显的差异,国内企业强调铸件珠光体含量的验收指标,国外企业更重视铸件石墨组织的验收。为了更好地适应市场需要,必须减少差异,强化石墨组织的验收并细化成分与铸件缺陷的验收,以提高铸件的综合性能和安全使用性能。For automotive brake system ductile casting QT450-12, in case of ensure mechanical property, internal and external automotive casting provider have greater discrepancy in casting microstructure and composition at check and accept that, most of internal company only concerned the pearlite content, but aboard company more concerned graphite form. We must reduce such discrepancy, strengthen check of graphite form and chemical composition and casting foundry defeats, so as to promote casting complex property and using safety.
