摘　　要：介绍了用AOD精炼双相不锈钢的工艺特点,进行了2t的AOD精炼炉精炼00Cr22Ni5Mo3N双相不锈钢的实践,精炼出了合金钢,并浇铸了化工箱体转轮扇面。铸造件的力学性能和金相组织符合技术条件要求。给出了双相不锈钢的精炼和浇注生产中的几点注意事项。The article describes the technology characteristics of AOD refining duplex stainless steel, two tons AOD refining furnace refining 00Cr22Ni5Mo3N duplex stainless steel practice, refining a alloy steel and pouring a chemical box runner fans, the mechanical properties and microstructure of casting is in compliance with the technical requirements, a number of points were given for duplex stainless steel refining and casting production.
