摘　　要：介绍了软贴面聚氨酯夹芯板材连续生产线设备的主要组成部分,对生产工艺、发泡液面的控制、理论密度的算法等做了详细介绍,并对在生产过程中,工艺参数对产品质量的影响做了深入分析,以助国内同行参考。The main parts of a laminated polyurethane panel continuous production line are briefly introduced. The production technology, the foaming control and the density algorithm have been introduced in detail. The effect of parameters on the quality of products in the production process were analyzed . It just wanted to give a reference to the domestic counterparts.
