摘 要:目的:建立一种离子色谱-抑制电导检测方法,用于同时测定缬沙坦中叠氮化物和其它无机阴离子。方法:采用Ion- pac As_(18)离子交换色谱柱,KOH淋洗液由梯度淋洗液生成器自动产生。叠氮酸根离子在0.001~20 mg·L^(-1)浓度范围内线性良好(r=0.9992),检测限0.23μg·L^(-1)(S/N=3)。在所建立的色谱条件下,常见阴离子如F^-,Cl^-,NO_2^-,NO_3^-,SO_4^(2-)和PO_4^(3-)对测定无干扰并能实现同时测定。结论:所建立的方法前处理简单、便捷,具有良好的线性、灵敏度和重现性。Objective: To establish a simply and rapid method to simutaneous determine the azide and other anions in valsartan. Method: The reagent free ion chromatography (RFIC) with supressed conductivity deetector, An eluent generator was also used to obtain KOH gradient concentration were used,An IonPae As 18 analytical column was applied to separate these anions. Result: The calibration graphs was linear for azide in the concentration range 0.001 - 20 mg· L ^-1 ( r = 0. 9992 ) and limit of deteection ( LOD ) was 0.23 μg· L ^-1(S/ N = 3 ). Other common anions such as Fˉ ,Clˉ , NO2ˉ , NO3ˉ ,SO42ˉ and PO43ˉ have no interference with the detection and can be detected simutaneously with good linear relationship, sensitivity and reproducibility. Conclusion: The method can be successfully applied to the analysis of azide residue in valsartan samples. It also enables accurate and reliable analysis of other common anions.
