摘　　要：目的:建立用高效液相色谱法测定感宁胶囊中马来酸氯苯那敏含量的方法。方法:采用Shim-Pack VPODS C_(18)柱,以甲醇-庚烷磺酸钠醋酸混合溶液(60:40)为流动相,检测波长为226nm。结果:马来酸氯苯那敏浓度线性范围为0.108～0.648μg(r=0.9998),平均加样回收率为98.87%,RSD为1.47%。结论:本法简便、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。Objective： To establish a method for determining ehlorphenamine maleate in Ganning capsules by HPLC. Method： Shim-Pack VPODS Cls column was used, mobile phase consisted of methanol-mixed solution of sodium heptane sulfonate and glacial acetic acid（60： 40）, detection wavelength was at 226 nm. Result： Chlorphenamine maleate was linear within the range of 0. 108 - 0. 648 μg（ r = 0.999 8 ）. The average recovery was 98.87% ,RSD was 1.47%. Conclusion： The method is simple, accurate and can be used to control the quality of this preparation.
