师范院校实验技术队伍建设的思考

摘　　要：结合师范院校实际,对实验技术队伍建设的现状进行实例分析。实验技术人员普遍存在学历低、年龄大的问题,文章就加强实验技术队伍建设的紧迫性,努力建设一支高素质实验技术队伍,合理设置正高职称,调动实验技术人员的积极性等方面进行了论述;认为实验技术队伍建设要有整体的规划,要考虑未来学科的发展的需要。This paper analyzes the present situation of the construction of experimental and technical staff. In terms of the specific conditions of Guangxi Normal University, most of the lab personnel have low academic qualifications and are at older age. It also discusses on how to build up an experimental team of high quality： to arouse the staff＇s enthusiasm, and to establish the reasonable standard of choosing professors. We should also make an overall plan and take the developing trend into consideration.
