不同护理技术应用于类风湿关节炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨不同护理技术的临床应用价值,为类风湿关节炎（RA）患者局部应用最佳护理技术提供依据。方法132例RA患者随机分为综合护理组42例、中药外敷组43例和理疗加外敷组47例。3组均按常规抗风湿治疗,综合护理组局部采用综合护理技术（TDP灯照射＋中医护理技术＋加味双柏散外敷）,理疗外敷组采用TDP灯照射＋加味双柏散外敷,中药外敷组采用加味双柏散外敷治疗,观察比较3组临床疗效、关节功能康复指标、实验室指标。结果综合护理组与理疗外敷组及中药外敷组的临床疗效、关节功能康复指标、实验室指标比较差异具有显著性（P〈0.05）,理疗外敷组与中药外敷组比较差异无显著性（P〉0.05）。结论综合护理技术可显著提高疗效。Objective To discuss variate nurse technology intervening in the curative effect of RA patient. Methods 132 cases of RA were stochastically divided into three groups： the synthesis nurse, the external applies of herbs, and the physiotherapy, with external applies of herbs, which respectively contain 42 cases, 43 cases and 47 cases. All of them were conventionally treated against rheumatoid factor （ RF）, the synthesis nurse technology, including TDP lamp lighting and nurse technology of TCM with JIA WEI SHUANG BO SAN external applies, were used to the first group; the second group was treated by JIA WEI SHUANG BO SAN; while both of TDP lamp lighting and JIA WEI SHUANG BO SAN external applies were used to the third group; then, the observation of curative effect, arthritis function recovery index and experimental index was carried on the three groups. Results Theclinical curative effect , arthritis functiOn recovery index and experimental index of synthesis nurse group are obviously better than the others （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The technology of synthesis nurse is able to remarkably enhance the clinical curative effect of RA patient.
