摘　　要：目的通过对临床护理人员护理操作中戴手套情况及影响戴手套操作因素的调查,结合现状提出可行性建议。方法采用问卷调查法对100名临床护理人员在护理操作时戴手套情况及影响因素进行调查。结果调查显示临床护理人员在进行抽血等护理操作中使用医用手套的比例低,不同工龄和职称的护士在护理操作时戴手套情况都有显著的差异性,随着工龄的增加和职称的提高,护士在护理操作时戴手套的意识增强,自我防护意识也增强。影响戴手套操作因素的调查中戴手套时影响操作和担心病人有意见占相当比例。结论应加强护理人员进行护理操作的安全教育,提高自我防护意识,同时制定相关措施和保障制度,以降低护理人员的职业感染率和危险性。Objective To come up with a feasible suggestion combining with the actuality through investigation of the using situation of clinic gloves for clinic paramedic and the influence of using clinic gloves. Methods The questionnaires delivered to 100 clinic paramedics to reveal the low usage rate of clinic gloves when doing operations such as exsanguinations and the significant using difference between different length of service and position. Results With the increasement of length of service and the enhancement of position, nurses have increasing consciousness in wearing gloves because of the serf-protection conscious. In the survey of the influence of wearing clinic gloves, the worry that clinic gloves would affect the operation and arise clients discomfort take a large part. Conclusion As the conclusion of this assay, clinic paramedic should rise their serf- conscious to wearing clinic gloves when operating and set down relevant policies and guarantee system to reduce the infection rate and fatalness of paramedics.
