摘  要:对球铁球化处理后判断球化效果的几种检测方法进行了比较。设计了一种双通道热分析系统,并进行了检测球化率的实验,结果表明:热分析法得到的球化率数据与金相检查得到的数据有密切的相关性,而两者与声速球化分析的结果相关性则较差。双通道热分析法不但可以对球化与否进行判断,还可以进行具体球化率和球墨大小的评定。Different nodlarizing treatment effect judging methods were compared. A double channels thermal analysis system was designed, and the nodularity examination test was carried out with different methods. The results showed that there is a close relationship between the nodularity data obtained with thermal analysis and the metallogrphic examination data , however, no obvious relationship exists between the former two data groups and the sonic speed nodularity examination data. It is possible by using the double channels thermal analysis not only to estimate whether the nodularizing is successful or not, but also to assess the nodularity percentage and the nodule size.
