摘 要:在无法使用主动支护的高应力软岩巷道中,U型钢可缩性支架是一种有效和成熟的支护方式,但是围岩性质复杂时,U型钢可缩支架的承载与围岩的作用无法有机的结合起来,造成U型钢的支架局部应力集中,致使U型钢支架局部屈服而U型钢支架整体失稳,使用U型钢可缩支架壁后充填技术改善了与围岩的关系,阻止了局部应力集中,使U型钢均匀承载,较充分发挥U型钢的支护性能。文章通过阐述U型钢支架失稳机理解释了壁后充填技术的科学性,并介绍了在应用中的实际效果。When the active support could not been used in the mine high stress and soft rock roadway, the U type yield support is an effective and mature support type. When the surrounding rock are very complicated, due to the loading of the U type yield support not be organically combined with the function of the surrounding rocks, the stress of the U type yield support would be concentrated and the partial of the U type support would be yield, Therefore the support will lost the stability of the whole support. The back filling technology behind the U type support can improve the relationship between the support and the surrounding rock and can resist the partial stress concentrated. The backfill technology can make the U type steel support with even loadings and can fully play the support function of the Y type steel supports. The paper explained the backfill technology science with the stability lost mechanism of the U type support. The paper introduced the actual results from the application.
