摘  要:利用解析冗余关系方法进行故障检测和隔离的关键就是系统解析冗余关系的建立.未知变量剔出法对模型复杂的非线性动态系统是非常困难的.通过在系统键合图模型中加入观测信号和虚拟传感器的方法建立系统的诊断键合图模型,根据诊断键合图模型的因果路径构建系统的解析冗余关系和系统故障特征矩阵,并利用系统实际观测特征与故障特征的比较进行系统的故障检测和隔离.将该方法应用到五箱系统的故障检测和隔离,仿真结果验证了该方法的便捷性、有效性和实用性.It is a significant approach to derive Analytical Redundancy Relations (ARRs) for fault detection and isolation (FDI) based on ARR. It is quite difficult to obtain the ARRs for a nonlinear dynamic system by eliminating the unknown variables. The DBG model has been constructed by introducing observed signal and virtual sensors into bond graph model of the system. Then the ARRs for complex dynamic system and fault signature matrix can be established according the causality of DBG. The faults can be isolated ,by comparison of observed signature and fault signature. Through the analysis of a five - tank system, the validity and practicability of the method of constructing ARRs by DBG have been verified.
