摘 要:分析了用于棒材自动计数的一般图像处理方法和常用算法,进而提出了技术改进措施。采用腐蚀去除毛刺和细化等算法对打捆前移钢台架上并行排列的棒材进行图像处理并计数。计算机试验结果表明:其优点不仅可以提高棒材的计数精度,满足顾客对钢支数计数的要求,并且为棒材定支数包装创造了条件,有利于开展负公差轧制的生产。This paper analyzed the common image processing and arithmetic such as gray threshold and mathematical morphology erosion etc, and presented some improved technology methods. The arithmetic of erosion to delete burr and thinning was carried out for image processing and counting of bar steel rankly on the transmission bench before bounded. The result of computer experiment indicates its excellence. So the counting accuracy of bar steel has been improved to meet the client's need, and it has been based that the bar steel being bundled as fixed amount that is effective in steel rolling production as negative tolerance.
