摘　　要：分析了炉卷轧机生产中钢板表面积水的原因,从刮水设备的设计、选材、制作等方面着手,采取工作辊冷却模型、轧机前后增设空气吹扫等措施,解决了生产中钢板表面积水问题,并取得了良好的效果。This paper analyzes the reason of extra water on the plate surface during rolling , operatives the stripper from design , material choosing and manufacturing, adopt the way of the work roll cooling model , add the air cleaning, make the standard of the stripper erection, etc.. to solve the problem, and get a better result.
