摘 要:SLA快速成型工艺可以迅速容易地实现CAD数据模型的实物化,能够快速灵活地制作可用于熔模铸造的高分子模型,结合精密铸造工艺可以快速铸造单件或小批量铸件,相比于利用压型制备蜡模的传统熔模铸造,大大缩短了制造周期,降低了成本,并提高了零件设计修改的灵活性。对基于SLA原型和石膏型精密铸造结合的快速铸造工艺进行了研究,涉及原型的制作工艺、石膏型的制作和合金的熔炼等内容。通过对SLA原型的热性能分析,确定了原型的脱失工艺,得到了比较合理的石膏型焙烧工艺,最终获得了可用于有色合金铸件的单件或小批量快速铸造工艺,并进行了工艺实践。The CAD model could rapidly and easily be converted to physical one with SLA rapid prototyping technology, which could fabricate polymer model used for investment casting, then the single or the less castings could be manufactured by Combining SLA prototypes with precision casting process. Comparod with conventional investment casting, the manufacturing cycle is shortened, the cost is cut down and the flexibility of modifying design is improved. Based on combining SLA prototype with plaster precision casting, the rapid casting process was developed,the investigating contents included fabricating process of SLA prototype, gypsum mould's manufacturing and casting of alloy. The burnout process of SLA prototype was formulated by thermal characteristics analysis, and the appropriate baking process of gypsum mould was acquired. The rapid casting process which could be used for single or the less non-ferrous casting was gotten and was used in the practice.
