摘　　要：阐述了自制的一炉双流连续定向凝固装置的原理及特点,对不同拉速下纯铝铸锭的表面状态及凝固组织进行了研究。结果表明,拉坯速度慢或固液界面靠近结晶器出口处,表面质量好;拉坯速度增加,柱状晶的数目经历由少增多的过程。The principle and traits of the selfmade two-flow continuous unidirectional solidification equipment in one furnace was introduced.The surface state and solidification structure of pure Al ingot was studied under different drawing speed. The results show that the surface quality of ingot is good when the drawing speed is lower or the solid-liquid interface lies near the exit position of mould; the number of columnar crystal changes from less to more when the drawing speed increases.
