摘 要:通过对FVS0812铝合金薄板在250℃~450℃的温度范围内和在0.001s-1~0.1s-1的应变速率下的拉伸试验,以及断口的SEM分析,研究了喷射沉积FVS0812铝合金板的高温拉伸变形与断裂行为。结果表明:加工硬化率随着温度的降低而加大,随着应变速率的增加而略有降低;应变速率敏感性指数随着温度的升高而上升;流变应力随着应变速率的增加而增大,随着变形温度的增加而降低;伸长率不仅随着温度的升高而增加,同时也随着应变速率的提高而加大,与常规铝合金薄板的变化规律恰好相反。The tensile deformation and fracture behavior of spray deposition FVS0812 heat-resistant aluminum alloy sheets were studied by tension tests at 250℃-450℃ and sWain rates from 0.001 s^-1 to 0.1s^-1, and by the examination of SEM. The results show that the work-hardening rate increases with the drop of temperature and decreases slightly with increasing sWain rate; the sensitive sWain speed exponent rises with the temperature rising; the flowing deformation sWain increases with the sWain rate increasing and decreases with the deformation temperature increasing ;the ductility increases not only with increasing temperature but also with increasing sWain rate.Compared with the conventional aluminum alloy sheets, the change law between the ductility and the sWain rate in FVS0812 aluminum alloy sheets is just contrary.
