复杂筒形铝合金铸件组合金属型模具的设计与制造

摘　　要：复杂筒形铝合金铸件,其外形一般带有连接爪、凸台等结构,不利于铸件从金属型中脱模。以混凝土振动器接线包为例,对其金属型铸造工艺进行了研究,主要包括组合金属型模具的设计与制造。使用效果表明,模具设计合理,降低了生产成本,提高了生产效率。The complex cylinder Al-alloy castings can＇t easily be unloaded from metallic die because of its structure with some claws and bosses. The metal mold casting processes including assembly metallic die design and manufacture were studied by an example of concrete vibrator＇s wiring bale.The use effect of the die shows that its design is reasonable, the production cost desents and the production efficiency increases.
