摘　　要：风扇磨煤机根据实际使用条件,适当提高有益合金的含量,制造多元高铬铸铁冲击板。其耐磨性和综合力学性能得到很大程度的改善。在对冲击板结构进行适当改进后,采用合理的工艺措施保证铸件的内在及外观质量。经实际应用,抗磨效果良好,寿命比原用高锰钢提高2倍以上。The hitting plate of fan coal mill of multi-element high chromium cast iron was manufactured by increaseing the content of the beneficial elements based on the conditions in practical use, the wear-resistant and the integration mechanical performance of the hitting plate were improved. By improving structure of the plate and technology measure the quality of the hitting plate was assured. The practical applications show that the life of the new plate is double the high manganese steel.
