康心汤治疗心肾阳虚型充血性心力衰竭疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:将患者60例随机分为治疗组与对照组,两组均予西医常规处理,治疗组加服中药。观察并比较两组疗效及治疗前后心功能的变化。结果:治疗4周后治疗组有效率高于对照组;治疗组治疗后心功能的改善优于对照组。结论:中西医结合治疗充血性心力衰竭有明显的效果。Objective： to investigate the effect of treatment of Chinese medicine and medicine on congestive heart failure. Method：60 cases were divided treatment and control groups. Two groups were treated with common therapy and treatment added Chinese medicine. Result： total effective rate and heart function improvement was higher in treatment than control after 4 weeks. Conclusion： treatment of Chinese medicine and medicine is better effective to treating congestive heart failure.
