摘　　要：介绍了13.6 tex竹节纱的开发与生产实践,合理设计了各个工序的工艺参数,分析了影响竹节纱质量的因素,并提出了解决措施,认为梳棉应增强梳理和除杂,并合理牵伸分配,选择适当的粗纱捻系数,细纱应注意合理安装竹节装置,控制车速,防止竹节大周期偏移。This paper introduces the development and production practice of 13.6tex bamboo and fine polyester blended slub yarn. It reasonably designed technological parameters of the various processes with the factors affecting slub yarn quality analyzed and measures to solve them put forward. Strengthening the carding and removing of foreign impurities in carding, reasonable drawing, suitable twisting of roving yarn, good arrangement of slub devices in spinning and well control of spinning speed are among the counter measures.
