摘　　要：新生隐球菌是一种重要的条件致病性真菌,其细胞壁外层包裹的多糖荚膜是第一个被明确的新生隐球菌重要的毒性因子。本文总结了新生隐球菌荚膜的特性和动态学方面的研究进展,包括新生隐球菌荚膜的形态结构变化、组织构成、生长发育和出芽繁殖等,旨在给新生隐球菌相关性疾病的研究提供一个新的思路和依据。Cryptococcus neoforrnans is an important conditional pathogenic fungus; the capsular polysaccharide surrounding its outer wall is the first identified major toxic factor of Cryptococcus neoforrnans. This review summarizes the progress in the research of capsule characteristics and dynamics of Cryptococcus neoforrnans, including the structural changes, tissue constitution, development and growth,etc,hoping to provide a basis and new ideas for studying Cryptococcus neoforrnans related diseases.
