摘　　要：目的了解肿瘤患者健康教育效果的影响因素,提高患者的健康教育效果。方法对131例住院肿瘤患者、120名护理人员发放不同内容的健康教育效果影响因素调查表,调查对象根据自身情况选择作答。结果患者认为影响健康教育效果的主要因素有:认为护理人员少、工作忙,健康教育流于形式;对教育内容听不懂、记不住、不理解;对护理人员的信任度低;自身病情及心理因素。护理人员认为影响健康教育效果的因素有教育时间不足、专业知识缺乏、沟通能力较差、教育形式老套、缺乏社会支持系统的帮助和缺乏效果评价等。结论根据影响患者接受健康教育和护理人员实施健康教育的因素,提出改进措施,提高健康教育效果,促进患者康复。采取个性化健康教育措施;把握时机采用多种形式的健康教育方法;建立医院-家庭-社区一体化健康教育模式;提高护士的健康教育能力;加强健康教育效果评价。Objective To understand the factors influencing health education on cancer patients and improve the effect of health education. Methods 113 cancer in-patients and 120 nurses were investigated with questionnaires about factors influencing effect of health education. Questionnaires for patients had different contents from that for nurses, and investigated subjects responded them according to their own situations. Results Patients hold that factors influencing effect of health education included： inadequate number of nurses, nurse＇s busy work and formalism; failing to understand and remember the content of health education; low confidence on nurses; illness and psychological factors. Nurses hold that factors included inadequate time for health education, lack of professional knowledge, poor communication ability, outdated education style and lack of social support and effect evaluation. Conclusion According to factors influencing health education of patients and nurses, it is necessary to put forward measures, improve the effect of health education, promote patient＇ s rehabilitation, take personalized health education measures, adopt different types of health education; establish the integrated family-hospital-community health education mode, improve nurse＇s health education ability and enhance health education effect evaluation.
