儿科病房二线护士不同值班方式的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨改变儿科二线护士值班方式的效果。方法2005年1月竞聘上岗3名二线护士,实施24h负责制,参与一线轮值夜班,8h的值班时间履行一线护士的各班工作职责,8h值班时间以外在家留守待命,一线护士遇到技术问题时随叫随到;2006年1月起改变了二线护士的值班方式,即二线护士不参与一线值班,3人轮流值二线班。上班时间为8:00-12:00,14:30-17:30,20:00-23:00,其余时间均留守科室待命。观察改变二线护士24h负责制的值班方式后病区护理工作质量、医生及病人对护理工作的满意度。结果2006年改变二线护士24h负责制值班方式后病区护理质量合格率、护理记录合格率、医生及病人满意度均较2005年提高,护理缺陷、护患纠纷发生次数明显减少。结论改变后的二线护士24h值班方式可全面提高护理质量,提高病人满意度。Objective To explore the effect of changed ways of second line nurse＇s ＂on-duty＂ in pediatric ward. Methods Three second line nurses, who were recruited in Jan, 2005 performed responsibility system of 24 hours, participated the first line duties, performed all duties of first line nurses with 8 working hours, waited for tasks after 8 working hours and were ready at any time when first line nurses had problems. Since Jan, 2006, the way of ＂on-duty＂ of second line nurse was changed and they did not participate the duties of first line nurses. They were on duty of second line and their working time covered 8：00-12：00, 14：30-17：30 and 20：00- 23：00. They waited for tasks during the rest time in the department. After the change of ＂on-duty＂ mode of second line nurses, nursing quality in ward, qualified rate of nursing record, pediatric patients and doctor＇s satisfactory rates were observed. Results After the change of ＂on-duty＂ mode of second line nurses, nursing quality in ward, qualified rate of nursing record, pediatric patients and doctor＇s satisfactory rates were improved than those in 2005. Nursing flaws and disputes between nurses and patients reduced obviously. Conclusion The changed mode of on-duty of second line nurses can improve nursing quality completely and increase patient＇s satisfactory rate.
