23种中草药及复方对鲫肠道3种细菌的体外抑菌试验  

Antibacterial Experiment of 23 Chinese Medicinal Herbs and Compound Prescriptions on 3 Bacteria from the Gut of Carassius auratus in Vitro

摘　　要：采用琼脂平板扩散法(打孔法),选择蒲公英、大黄(熟)、板蓝根、连翘等23种中草药及5种复方制剂(H1-H5)对来源于鲫肠道的两种致病菌和一种益生菌进行了体外抑菌实验。结果发现蒲公英、连翘、山楂、穿心莲能有效抑制嗜水气单胞菌(Aeromonas hydrophila)、金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphytococcus aureus)的生长,而对枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)影响较小。5种复方制剂对嗜水气单胞菌均具有较好的抑制作用,其中H1不影响枯草芽孢杆菌的`生长,而其余四种复方制剂对枯草芽孢杆菌的生长具有一定的影响;复方制剂H3、H4和H5对金黄色葡萄球菌具有一定抑制作用,其余两种对金黄色葡萄球菌的生长无影响。Two pathogenic microorganisms and one probiotic from gut of Carassius auratus were selected, and the antibacterial effects of 23 Chinese medicinal herbs （ such as Tataxacum mognolicum H. , Pheum officinale B. , Radix Isatidis, Forsythia suspense V. et. al） and 5 compound prescriptions（ H1 - H5 ） were tested through the method of stiletto. The results indicated that the antibacterial effects of T. mognolicum H. , F. suspense V. , Andrographis paniculata N. et. al. on restraining two kinds of pathogenic bacteria＇ growth were remarkable, whereas the effects on the growth of Bacillus subtili were less. All of compound prescriptions can restrain Aeromonas hydrophila＇s growth availably; H1 had no antibacterial effect on B. subtilis, while the others affected B. subtilis＇ s growth; H3, H4 and H5 had a little antibacterial effects on Staphytococcus aureus, and the other two kinds had no antibacterial effects at all.
