摘　　要：从商业化生产的目的出发,研究池塘云斑尖塘鳢(Oxyeleotris marmoratus)仔幼鱼的培育。育苗池经清塘、培水后,当幼小轮虫生物量达10 eggs/mL以上时,按225～375尾/m2放养刚开口的仔鱼,饲养30 d,长成全长约1.5 cm的稚鱼,开始驯食人工混合饲料,再池养30～35 d,育成全长2.75～3.35 cm幼鱼。2006年共放养仔鱼434万尾,育成早期幼鱼119.7万尾,成活率27.6%。在傍晚时拉网起捕,“三网率”达95%。This paper studied the cultivation of larva and young Oxyeleotris marmoratus at commercial aspects. When the biomass of the rotifer reached over 10 eggs per mL, stocked larva in pond with the density of 225 -375 ind./m^2, which began to seek food. After 30 days＇ raising, the 1.5 cm juvenile could feed on mixed food and then grew into 2.75-3.35 cm young fish after 30 to 35 days. The record of 2006 showed that there were 4340 thousand larva raised in pond, among which 1197 thousand were cultivated into young fish, with a survival rate of 27.6%. When net fishing should be conducted in evening. 95% of the fishes can be collected after 3 times of net fishing.
