超声在乳腺实性肿块诊断中作用的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨超声在乳腺实性肿块诊断中的临床价值。方法回顾分析经手术病理证实的208例乳腺实性肿块高频二维图像及彩色多普勒血流特征,并与病理进行对照。结果208例乳腺实性肿块中,乳腺癌74例,超声诊断符合率为93.2%(69/74);乳腺纤维腺瘤78例,超声诊断符合率为94.8%(74/78);乳腺增生结节56例,超声诊断符合率为91%(51/56)。结论肿块的形态、纵横比、钙化分布、供血状态、阻力指数、肿块超声测值与扪及测值之比及腋下异常淋巴结对乳腺实性肿块的鉴别诊断具有重要意义。Objective To investigate clinical value of ultrasonography on diagnosing solid tumor of breasts. Methods Retrospective analyzed features of Two-dimensional and Color Doppler Ultrasonography of 208 breast solid tumors （postoperative pathological confirmation ）, compared to the results of pathology of the tumors. Results In 208 cases of breast solid tumors, 74 cases are breast cancers, their ultrasound coincidence rate is 93.2% （69/74）; 78 breast fibroadenomas,the rate 94.8% （74/78）; 56 breast hyperplasias,the rate 91% （51/56）. Conclusions They play an important role in differentiation diagnosis of solid tumor of breasts, which are the tumor＇ s shape, ratio of the longitudinal and horizontal, distribution of calcification, status of blood supply, resistance index; ratio of measurement value of ultrasound and palpation, and abnormal subaxillary lymph node.
