摘　　要：随着人们生活方式的发展变化、新技术的出现和污染因素的增多，医院感染管理工作的形势日益严峻。目前，医院感染管理工作的情况与实际需要存在一定的差距。笔者从医院感染管理工作的组织、制度、知识、技术等方面提出了使医院感染管理工作长期有效运行基本方法。With the changes of life way of people, new technology emergence and infection increasing, the situation of administration of hospital infection is serious. At present, administration of hospital infection falls behind practical requirement. The writers put forward several long-term effective essential methods of promoting administration of hospital infection. The essential methods include the organization, regulations, knowledge and technology of administration of hospital infection.
