摘 要:目的探讨不同产地益母草不同部位水苏碱含量的差异。方法采用野外收集和实验室分析相结合的方法。水苏碱的含量采用薄层色谱扫描法测定。结果水苏碱质量百分浓度线性范围为2~20μg,峰面积回归方程为:y=5381x-7724.6,r=0.999 2(n=6),平均回收率为97.4%,RSD为2.70%(n=8)。结论我国北方不同地区所产益母草中水苏碱差异显著,其中以北京、河南和山东产益母草品质较好。益母草不同部位水苏碱含量高低顺序为:繁殖部位〉叶〉茎。Objective To find out the differences of stachydrine content in Leonurus japonicus Houtt. from different regions and its different parts. Methods Field investigation and laboratory analysis were made on Leonurusjaponicus Houtt. The stachydrine content was determined by TLC - scanning. Results The calibration curve of stachydrine was linear over the range of 1~20μg. The regression equation was y = 5 381x - 7 724.6,r = 0.999 2 ( n = 6). The average recovery and RSD were 97.4% and 2.70% ( n = 8 ) respectively. ConcIusion There existed significant differences in the stachydrine content from different regions. Among them, Leonurus japonicus Houtt. from Beijing, Henan and Shandong are better. The differences of stachydrine content in the different part of Leonurus japonicus Houtt. is significant, and that in progenitive part is better than in leaf, which in the stem is the lest.
