天灸对哮喘模型大鼠血清白细胞介素-4、白细胞介素-6及IgE的影响

摘　　要：目的研究血清IL-4,IL-6及IgE在哮喘发病中的作用及天灸对它们的影响。方法40只雄性大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、天灸组及电针组。用卵蛋白(OVA)致敏来制备哮喘模型大鼠。ELISA法检测血清IL-4,IL-6及IgE。结果模型组血清IL-4,IL-6及IgE高于正常组(P<0.01),经治疗后均有所降低,且天灸组最显著。结论支气管哮喘的发病与血清IL-4,IL-6及IgE的异常有关,天灸对其具有调节作用。Objective To investigate the function of serum IL4, IL-6 and IgE in asthma occurance , observe the effect of Tianjiu on them, Methods 40 male rats were divided randomly into the normal group,model group, Tianjiu-treated group and the electric needle -treated group, The asthma model of big rats were sensitized by ovalbumen（0VA） and incited with inhaling fog. The serum IL4,IL-6 and IgE were examined by ELISA method. Results The serum IL -4, IL-6 and IgE of the model group was obviously higher than that of the normal group （ P 〈 0.01 ）, and their contents were reduced by treatment, especially Tianjiu-treated group. Conclusion Occurrance of asthma is related to abnormality of serum IL4, IL-6 and IgE. Tianjiu can adjust them.
