摘　　要：目的正交实验法优选香苓胶囊的制备工艺。方法用超声波水提取醇沉淀的方法,以多糖提取率为指标,采用L9(34)正交表进行筛选,考察了超声温度,浸提剂倍数,超声时间,超声次数等因素,以确定最佳的制备工艺。结果超声温度60℃,20倍水量,超声时间30 min,超声次数4次时,多糖的提取率最高。结论这种提取多糖的方法具有节省时间、易于操作等特点,便于推广。Objective To optimize the preparing technology by means of orthogonal test. Methods With the extracting rate of polysaccharides as the index, L9 （3^4） orthogonal test was adopted. The temperature, water multiple, time and degree were reviewed to confirm the best preparating technology. Results The best process is under the conditions of temperature 60℃ , water capacity 20 multiple , time 30 minutes , extracting 4 times . Conclusion This method of extracting polysaccharides has many characteristics. It is very easy to extend,
