高效液相色谱法测定利胆胶囊中黄芩苷的含量

摘　　要：目的研究利胆胶囊中黄芩苷的含量测定方法,制定定量质控标准。方法采用HPLC法,对该制剂的主要药物进行含量测定。结果通过方法学的系统考察和3批样品的含量测定,建立了该品中黄芩苷的含量测定方法,测得3批样品中黄芩苷的含量分别为9.18,9.71,9.40 mg/粒,其黄芩苷的线性范围为19.7～98.5μg/ml,回归方程：Y=61 824X＋75898,r=0.999。平均回收率为100.3%,RSD为1.90%。结论所建立的方法具有专属性强、重复性好、无明显干扰等优点,是测定利胆胶囊中黄芩苷含量的较理想方法。Objective To study the method for determination of baicalin in Lidan Capsule and establish the pharmaceutical quality standard. Methods The main component of the pharmacy is detected by HPLC. Results The contents of baicalin in three batches of sample were 9.18 mg/capsule,9.17 mg/capsule and 9.40 mg/capsule, respectively. The regression equation was Y = 61824X ＋ 75898, r = 0.999. The average recovery was 100.3 % , RSD was 1.90%. Conclusion The method is specific, reproducible and noninterfered. It is a better method for determination of baicalin in Lidan Capsule .
