摘　　要：我国资本市场还未全面开放,但我国对WTO承诺的全面开放时限已经快到了,研究我国现行资本市场监管现状,对发现我国资本市场监管运行中的问题具有重要的现实意义。China doesn＇ t open his capital market entirely but the the due time that China promises to the WTO is nearer. The study of the current situation of China＇ s supervision on the capital market is great realistic significance to cope with the problems.
