摘　　要：高等学校海外华文办学是世界经济一体化、全球化的必然结果。文章基于国际教育贸易理论,提出了将高等教育纳入国家产业规划、提高海外教育质量、加快国际化课程改革等措施,以推动我国高校海外办学的良性发展。The colleges invest into oversea schools is the inevitable result of the unity of world economy and globalization. Based on the theory of international trade, the paper proposed that we should include the higher education into the national industrial scheme, improve the quality of the oversea schools and speed up the reform of international curriculum to lead the oversea schools invested by Chinese college to a healthy development.
