摘　　要：文章论述了高校科技档案管理对高校教师科研能力提升具有促进作用的基础之上,分析了目前高校科技档案管理的现状,并提出了相应的措施和对策。The university science and technology documentary management can promote teachers＇ research competence. The current situation of the documentary management in universities is analyzed with propesals and solutions to the problems.
