摘  要:制定焊接工艺措施,设计并制作冷却工装,进行了φ114.3mm×6.02mm规格锆管环焊缝的焊接,对焊缝的性能和组织进行了分析。结果表明,焊缝表面呈光亮的银白色,焊缝金属的化学成分杂质元素含量低,接头的拉伸性能、弯曲性能良好,焊缝及热影响区的硬度与母材相比没有明显升高,热影响粗晶区宽度窄,晶粒小,说明采取的工艺和工装措施效果良好。The girth weld for the zirconium pipe of Φ114.3×6.02 mm was carried out and its properties and microstructure were studied through the establishment of welding specification and the design and fabrication of welding cooling device. It is shown that the surface of welds is bright, silvery and white after welding. The contents of impurity element in weld metal are very less. The tensile and bend properties of welding joint are very good, and the hardnesses of welds and HAZ have no obvious increase comparing with the base metal. These results show that the welding specification and cooling device are appropriate.
